Procedure

Recruitment procedure is a systematic process of identifying, attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates to fill vacant positions within an organization.

Step-1

Screening of Application

We maintain short lists compiled over a period and updates regularly, which serve as a source of manpower supply. Through this and advertising through most widely circulated newspaper and through the network of our agents, we are in a position to cater a wide range of manpower requirements.

Step-2

Interviewing

Upon receipt of confirmed job orders and detailed job descriptions of required categories, we undertake selection procedure by conducting preliminary personal interview duly verifying the candidates, education, professional qualification and past experience. The stringent selection procedure adopted by us ensures that deliver exactly what our clients require.

Step-3

Documentation and Processing

The cv’s of specially befitting candidates with our recruiting manager’s remark are then forwarded to the clients for their approval. After the approval and on receipt of the authenticated documents from the clients, the selected candidates are sent for medical test. The client is informed to process the visa accordingly. We also attend to passport formalities such as endorsement of passport in order to fulfill the visa requirement if need arises.

Step-4

Pre-departure Orientation

We take care of introducing your company, your company’s employment package and benefits, rules and regulations, your country’s culture, customs and traditional, do’s and don’ts relevant laws to your successful candidates.

Step-5

Mobilization

To ensure prompt services, we arrange air tickets of the selected candidates and mobilize them at the earliest under prior intimation to you.

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions are based on the foreign employment act of Nepal.

They mainly focus for benefit and rights of the migrant workers.

1. Final interview of the selected workers would be carried out within 10 days after receiving the original documents.

2. Arrangement for deployment of worker would be made within 15 days after we receive visa copy except if the visa is not necessary to endorse in the passport. If the visa endorsement is required it will take at least 45 days.

3. Free replacement would be made with new workers if any worker is found unqualified for the assigned work within 90 days after he assumes the job.

4. The company in contract should clearly mention the salary of a worker and other facilities mentioned under clause 5.

5. As per the Nepalese government directives, the employer company should offer following facilities to the workers in written contract.

  • Salary

  • Transportation
  • Medical facilities
  • insurance of worker
  • 8 hours per day
  • Six-days a week
  • 15 days leave in a year
  • Residence permit
  • Over time (O.T) if worked more than 8 hours a day

The contract letters should clearly state the company’s rules regarding the above facilities.

Regulatory Documents

Requirement of documents vary from country depending on the particular laws of a particular country. Need of documents also depends on whether the embassy of manpower importing nation Is in Nepal or not. Basically, we require below mentioned documents and follow the in-detail government provisions to avoid unnecessary hassles to the workers.

Documents

  • Demand Letter

It should be addressed to GALA INTERNATIONAL PVT.LTD license no 1673/080/081. The letter should include detail information like the number of workers, nature of join with enquired category salary duty hours food and accommodation facilities overtime transport insurance of workers and other benefits.

  • Power of attorney

It is a kind of legal confirmation for selection of manpower on behalf of employer. This authorizes GALA INTERNATIONAL PVT.LTD license no 1673/080/081 for sending workers obeying the law of Nepal

  • Employment agreement 

It will between employer and employment agency. The agreement must be signed by the employing company.

  • Service agreement

This agreement is done between GALA INTERNATIONAL PVT.LTD . And the employee company. it includes salary of the labor as per the demand working hours working duration overtime accommodation air tickets and medical facilities and so on.

  • Guarantee letter

It is a kind of legal documents in which company gives guarantee to the labor stating that they will not send the send labor into any other third country; addressing the department of foreign employment and also regarding the terms and conditions as per the demand letter.


Note: The documents mentioned must be duly sealed and attested by the ministry of foreign affairs and chamber of commerce and Nepal embassy.
